Saturday afternoon we went on a family outing to the Birmingham Motor Speedway, yes, seriously. Owen scored some tickets, it was a beautiful day, and there was a kid zone so we though it would be fun.......and it was, sort of. When we got there everyone was leaving because it was almost over so we watched a few cars round the track (Carter did not appreciate the loud noise), let Maury bounce around, and then headed to the Bass Pro Shop! They did enjoy the fish and stuffed wildlife at Bass Pro and had fun riding the elevator.

That is crazy b/c David almost took henry on the exact same outing on Saturday, including a trip to Bass Pro Shop. Then I reminded him I had to get my hair done, so they stayed home :(!
