We talked over the weekend a little about the Easter Bunny. I got a few questions like "Will he come down the chimney?" and "What does he eat?" But mostly, we talked about how we celebrate Jesus and what he did "a really long time ago" for us. And of course I got just as many questions about that, I found that the questions about the resurrection were much easier to answer than those about the EB!
So, they were up by 6 am and through their baskets by 6:01. Peeps and bubbles were probably the big kids' favorite items, Caroline liked her snack cups best. After church we went to Decatur for a wonderful lunch at Mimi's, an egg hunt, and spent almost all day enjoying the beautiful Easter day and family God blessed us with!
